Salt Water Chlorination Systems are senesitive to variables such as flow, temperature, salt levels, digital electronics and other variables. When the sytem isn't performing well, troublseshooting should begin with inspection of salt cell and chamber - and cleaning to remove any deposits, oils an debris. These can often hinder performance of not ony the cell, (chlorine generation), but also the sensors on which the system relies to operate.
Salt Cell Troubleshooting and Cleaning service includes:
- Inspecdtion of the overall system flow rates and performance
- Testing of the pool water
- Removal of the salt cell and sensor housings for inspecton and cleaning.
- Clean salt cell and sensors with a cleaning solution to remove mineral deposits, oils and other debris.
- Inspect flow sensor.
- Remove and clean flow sensor, if applicable
- Re-install flow sensor, if applicable.
- Re-install salt cell.
- Test and adjust chemicals as needed, (chemicals sold separately).
