Concierge Spa Opening Services Include:
- Removal of mesh cover. Cover cleaned, folded, and rolled, anchors rinsed and retraced, (cover placed in location indicated
by facility owner or management). - Removal of all winterizing plugs and equipment for storage.
- Drain all lines of anti-freeze.
- Re-assembly of deck equipment, ladders, rails, diving board.
- Re-installation of underwater lights.
- Re-assembly of circulation equipment includes rinsing of filters (pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feeders).
- Re-assembly and start-up of in-floor cleaning systems and or automatic cleaners with booster pumps.
- Re-assemble and adjust water feature equipment and lines including deck jets, slides, waterfalls, pop-up jets, etc.
- Start fresh water fill.
- System and equipment start-up, review, and calibration.
- Start up and calibration of system monitoring, communications, and chemical feed equipment.
- Initial vacuuming of winter debris, (excessive debris, algae, or limited visibility is not included).
- Complete testing (14 point) and adjusting of water chemistry, (chemicals sold separately).
- Health Code Compliance Review.
- VGBA (The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act) Compliance Review.
- System operational review.
Concierge level services areall inclusive opening services. (Any required repairs to spa or equipment however will be an additional charge).
