Product Warranty

Poolblu provides products from the best manufacturers in the business. Each product is backed by the warranty terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. These warranties are your sole remedy for the products we provide, and Poolblu. does not provide or imply any additional warranty on these products.

You may contact Poolblu if you suspect a product failure may be covered under warranty.  We will glad to advise you as to the terms of the warranty.

In many cases the manufacturers liability is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the particular product - and may require the removal, return and re-installation of the product to execute the manufacturers warranty services.  Unless the product was installed by Poolblu, the costs for any removal, return, repair and/or re-installation  is the responsibility of the customer.

Services and Labor Warranty

Poolblu provides a full range of design, build, maintenance, repair and installation services.  

Unless otherwise stated, service provided by Poolblu are warranted to be free from failure due to defects in workmanship for one year.  Any failure due to workmanship defects identified during this year will be repaired or remedied free of charge.

Workmanship warranties are limited to the repair of the effected work.  In no way is Poolblu liable for any incidental or consequential damage due to these defects or repairs.
