Our satisfaction guarantee is this: If you are dissatisfied with the products or service you received from poolblu for any reason – simply contact us. We will have a Customer Care specialist work directly with you to resolve any issue you have to your satisfaction.

Returns

Chemicals and Electronics cannot be returned, as they cannot be inspected for alterations or hidden damage. Any other stocked items can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided it is in the original un-opened package. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sorry, special order items cannot be returned. This includes all custom made products, specialty color paints and items ordered on behalf of the customer not in our normal inventory.

Sometimes - these errors can impact our ability to deliver goods and services to your expectations. Accordingly, we contact you quickly if we notice a problem.

Your order will be placed on hold until we have communicated any differences with you. At that time, we will either resolve any discrepancies to your satisfaction – or you of course have the option to cancel your order.
