    Heater Replacement

    Replacement service for replacement of existing failed heater with new heater of the same model or type.

    • Disconnect heater from existing plumbing, electrical and ventilation.
    • Remove existing heater, heater left on site for owner disposal.
    • Install new heater on existing equipment pad.
    • Connect heater to existing plumbing utilizing unions.
    • Connect heater to existing ventilation.
    • Start up and test heater for proper working order.

    New Heater Installation or Upgraded Replacement

    Installation of new natural gas, LP or upgraded heater to an existing circulation system.

    • Disconnect heater from existing plumbing, electrical and ventilation.
    • Connect circulation system plumbing from filter to heater.
    • Connect gas supply from adequate existing supply riser to new heater. Including union, drip and shut off valve. 
    • Connect electric from adequate existing circuitry at the equipment locations. Include switch and weatherproof switch box and enclosure. 
    • Connect heater to ventilations.
    • Start up and test heater for proper working order.
    • Instruct owner on usage of new heater.
